The goal is simple: predictable pricing for the business without pricing every unusual job as if it were a standard car tow.

Yes. Business accounts can be used for suitable vehicle movements, motorcycles, lowered or prestige cars, light commercial vehicles and suitable machinery or equipment up to 3.5 tonnes, subject to the assigned truck and job details.
