Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including pickup location, drop-off location, vehicle type, vehicle condition, access, timing, distance and any special handling requirements.
A quote may change if the details provided are incomplete, inaccurate or materially different on arrival. This may include situations where the vehicle does not roll, steer or brake, keys are unavailable, access is restricted, the vehicle is lower or heavier than advised, or extra time or equipment is required.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate job details, ensure the vehicle is available for pickup, arrange keys or access where required, disclose whether the vehicle starts, rolls, steers and brakes, and advise of any access restrictions, height restrictions, safety concerns or special instructions before dispatch.
The customer is responsible for ensuring they have authority to request the movement of the vehicle.
Vehicle condition and access
Additional charges may apply where a vehicle cannot be safely accessed, requires extra handling, is parked in a restricted location, is accident damaged, has locked wheels, has no keys, cannot roll, has flat tyres, is in a basement or low-clearance area, or requires additional time, labour or equipment.
TowFast Brisbane may decline or delay a job if the pickup location, vehicle condition or surrounding environment is unsafe for loading or transport.
Attendance, waiting time and cancellations
Waiting time, failed pickup, late cancellation or no-access charges may apply where a truck attends but the job cannot proceed due to customer-side issues. This includes unavailable keys, unavailable vehicle, incorrect address, unsafe conditions, incorrect booking details or access restrictions that were not disclosed before dispatch.
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact TowFast Brisbane as early as possible.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed before, during or after the job. TowFast Brisbane may request payment before release or delivery of the vehicle. Invoices may include GST if applicable and must be paid by the due date shown.
Unpaid invoices may result in follow-up contact, recovery action or refusal of future service.
Care of vehicle
TowFast Brisbane takes reasonable care when loading, transporting and unloading vehicles. Customers should remove valuables, personal items, loose items and fragile belongings before transport.
Existing vehicle damage, mechanical faults, loose parts, concealed defects, pre-existing electrical issues or personal items left inside the vehicle remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Delays and route changes
Estimated pickup and delivery times may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, driver availability, previous job delays, vehicle condition, access issues, safety concerns or instructions from road authorities.
If a route, destination or job requirement changes after dispatch, the quoted price may also change.
Safety and emergency situations
TowFast Brisbane provides towing and vehicle transport services. If there is an injury, immediate danger, blocked live traffic lane, fire risk, fuel leak or emergency situation, contact emergency services or the relevant road authority first.
Customers and drivers must not place themselves in unsafe locations to prepare a vehicle for towing.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, TowFast Brisbane is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of income, loss of opportunity, delay-related loss or losses caused by inaccurate customer information, unsafe access, pre-existing vehicle issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
